Since he founded Infinity Management in 2000, he has helped many companies organize themselves and grow. Prior to Infinity Management, Medellin worked as Comptroller (and MIS Director in some instances) of various companies including Assurance Medical, Inc. in Dallas Texas, Labatt Food Service in Mexico City, and Transec, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. He was directly responsible for the company's overall performance and growth in all cases.
